Rubbish in Antarctica is disposed of by recycling or otherwise packing up waste and shipping it back to the country that supports the research station. Some rubbish is burned on the continent. No rubbish ends up in the Southern Ocean.
It wasn't invaded. Macau was gifted to Portugal by the Chinese as a reward for clearing the Sea of China of all the Japanese pirates, which were plaguing that sea at the time.
Some sewage systems end up in the sea, rubbish get thrown in there and people go to toilet while in the sea or river. It all ends up in the ocean!!!Not very nice!
For landfills in the seas, rubbish is being filled into the sea. This will avoid land pollution, where rubbish is being stocked up and polluting the air as well. Landfills on land are concentrated in one place instead of it being all over the city.
Dumping rubbish in Antarctica's seas is not a practice that is allowed there. Dumping rubbish in any sea, however, can cause pollution, especially when the rubbish contains materials that will not degrade in water.
