There are many websites that have great information on managed network services. These websites include Cisco, Verizon Enterprise, and Network Computing.
The Network+ certification is sponsored by CompTIA, which is the Computing Technology Industry Association (formerly ABCD: The Microcomputer Industry Association). The Network+ exam contains situational, traditional, and identification types of questions. All of the questions are multiple choice, and there is only one answer for each question. The Network+ exam is open to anybody, although it is designed to be taken by those with at least 18 months of on-the-job experience as a network technician, as well as the A+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
P2P, or a peer-to-peer network, can compromise network configuration, spread viruses and spyware, and allow access to unauthorized data. The P2P network allows peers to link together to create the network and share resources. Each computer will have equal rights and access. This leaves an obvious security risk to attacks.
The EMC corporation is data managing company that businesses can utilize to store, protect and manage large amounts of information. They specialize in data storage, virtualization of data, cloud computing (managing resources over a network instead of on paper or in person) and information security for the companies they serve.
They use At&t's network because they are a MVNO or they share their network.
Network Computing Devices was created in 1987.
Most countries have a Wi-Fi network. Mobile computing simply uses the Wi-Fi network to connect to the internet.

Grid computing is when you store information on other computers on the same network. Cloud computing is when you store information or data online, and not on the device.
Client/server computing, as opposed to Peer to Peer computing, is when there is a directory server present on the network, such as Windows Server 200x, LDAP, Novell eDirectory, or an equivelant. This server acts as a central authority for computers on the network.
A cloud computing environment is essentially a place where people can purchase the ability to use software over a network. The network is the organization collecting the fees for this software usage. Basically, with cloud computing, you don't own anything on your computer, you are just renting it from whoever runs the network.
