In the closing 'Declaration of Paramaribo on the Future of Youth in the Caribbean Community,' CARICOM [Caribbean Community] heads of government affirmed their commitment to embracing 'the role of the media as a responsible partner' in achieving goals supportive of United Nations International Year of Youth 2010.
