There are almost too many variables to answer this question accurately. For instance, if you are a new grad, fresh out of school and you are intending to work the day shift with no weekends, you'll be possibly looking at an hourly rate between $18-00 and $24-00. If, however, you're a seasoned RN with 20+ years of experience and you're going to be in charge of a secure psychiatric unit or something of that nature, you can expect upwards of $30 per hour.
