They are both from the cat family. Though the mountain lion will be bigger the bobcat the still share some of the same physical features. A tail, pointed ears, big eyes, etc. They are also both a type of wild cat. The Bobcat is about the size of a house cat, while the mountain lion is a couple hundred pounds.
