Sashquatch is a supposed mythical creature that witnesses describe as an extremely large bipedel ape-like being having traits of man and ape. Sashquatch is not new. The Native Americans have reported seeing this creature for hundreds of years all across North America.

There have been reported sightings in many different states but depending on the area may be called different names. In some areas in the US south it is sometimes called the Skunk Ape. Some tribes of Native Americans refered to this creature as Bigfoot. In the Himalayain Mountains the same type of man-ape creature is said to roam the snowy mountainsides and is called the Yetti. These reports from eyewitnesses also go back hundreds of years.

Cryptozoologists and avid Bigfoot searchers are getting closer to an answer about the reality of this creature. Studying hair samples, footprints, video footage, and DNA evidence seems to point to a species as of yet unknown primate that genetically is between man and chimp. For some experts though only a body will convince them of Sashquatch's existance.
