The angle of the satellite period, depends on where the satellite is positioned. When you figure out where the satellite is you position the angle to be where and what you need.
mercury has the greatest orbital inclination
Communication or geostationary satellites orbit the Earth around the equator at a height of approx 23000 miles. To fit a satellite dish to your home you need to know the latitude on the globe of your town. The dish angle approaches the horizontal the further north you live. Note: It's the same for setting the angle of the gnomon on a sundial.

In the context of satellites, the inclination angle is the angle between the equator and the polar orbit. The polar satellite has high angle of 90 Deg and the Geo SAT has angle of 0 Deg
Inclination is measured as the angle at which the satellite crosses the equator while passing from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere. Declination is the difference between magnetic North as reported by a compass and true North.
Angle of inclination is a fancy term for earths tilt. So the angle of inclination is 23 1/2 %.
use a compass You need to know which satellite you are aiming for. Get it's position information from the web. Should give you the inclination/de-inclination angle (angle above horizon or below straight up) and the axis information (compass degree/angle). Been a long time since I set one so terminology might be off. Once you get it near the correct bearing you should be able to use the built in tools to fine tune the antenna/dish for the strongest signal.
