There is no series called "A New Reign". That is an old rumor from long before they'd even decided to do a fifth series.
They did, however, eventually decide to make a fifth series. It will be a prequel series about the beginning of the Clans, and the series' working title is currently Dawn of the Clans. The individual books do not have names yet.
