The second part of photosynthesis is called the light independent. it does not require light for it can also be refair to as the dark phase. The first part of photosynthesis is called the light dependent for its requires light.
The second step of photosynthesis requires carbon dioxide (CO2) and several enzymes to catalyze a complex series of chemical reactions. The temporary energy storage compounds from the first step provide energy to combine carbon dioxide (CO2) with larger molecules to form glucose: a carbohydrate. Glucose can then leave the chloroplast to be used as energy for the cell. Glucose can also be combined in different ways to make other carbohydrates such as sucrose (table sugar), starch (long-term storage sugar), or cellulose (insoluble fiber).
Stage 2:
Synthesis: a- CARBON FIXATION - carbon dixoide attaches to RuBP and becomes a 6C carbon that breaks down into 2 PGA
b- REDUCTION- PGA is energized by ATP. Hydrogen and electrons are donated from NADPH. PGAL is formed (which is primarily used to make glucose)
c- REGENERATION - not all PGAL molecules leave, and they are instead used to regenerate more RuBP
The second stage of photosynthesis is the Calvin Cycle, with light reaction being the first part. Light reaction doesn't produce any sugar in photosynthesis so this is what happens in the Calvin Cycle. The Calvin Cycle brings CO2 into organic molecules and turns it into sugar.
the Calvin cycle
It is also called the dark reaction. It takes place at the stroma. It does not require light
light indepent stage, the first stage is called light dependent
Assimilation of CO2 takes place to form hexose sugar
light-independent reaction (aka the Calvin-Benson cycle) is the second stage of plant photosynthesis,
calvin cycle, light independent or dark reactions
stroma. liquid filling of the chloroplasts. if what you meant was light independent reactions or the calvin cycle
Photosynethsis
The Mature stage
The first stage of Plasmodium is called Sporozoite. Which lives in mosquitoes and is injected into humans. The second stage of Plasmodium is called Merozoite.
Condensation is the stage in which clouds are formed. it is the second stage.
The second stage of cellular respiration, after glycolysis, occurs in the mitochondria. All of the stages of cellular respiration (after glycolysis in the cytoplasm) occur in the mitochondria.
Photosynethsis
The first stage is the alarm stage. The SECOND stage is the resistance stage. The last stage is the exhaustion stage.
The first stage is the alarm stage. The SECOND stage is the resistance stage. The last stage is the exhaustion stage.
The second stage of a butterfly is the pupal
Water+ Carbon Dioxide goes to glucose+oxygen
Second Stage Lensmen was created in 1953.
The second stage in a butterflies' life is caterpillar.
The first stage involves generating and the second involves outlining.
Second Stage Lensmen has 307 pages.
they are in their second stage :)
The Mature stage
Depending on how many steps it is broken down into, the second stage may either be the growth stage or the mature stage.
