It depends..If it would be the first offense you ever had, chances are pretty good you would get probation. If it's not your first rodeo (in the court system) you will be facing prison time. (even with a paid attorney)..You would be facing 2 to 8 years..Doing half that time..If it gets dropped to a (D) felony, you would still get 2 years..(doing half) trust me on this..
