I will laugh if this is someone from Oriana's Chemistry class. If you are, put into your own words please ^ ^
Um. From what I have been able to figure out, the primary forces of attraction between both water and alcohol molecules is the hydrogen bond, which is largely responsible in each for the high boiling point. Each have London dipole-dipole reactions that are also involved. Despite, or perhaps because of, their similarities, alcohol and water don't mix well, because they tend to form a really complicated hydrogen "network".
Alcohol, has the formula R-OH and water has the general formula H2O. The similarity is the hydrocarbons (;
Ice is the frozen state of water.
Water vapor and ice are forms of water.
what is the similsrity between ice and water?
Ice and wax are different because ice is a melting liquid that turns into water.Wax is different from ice because when it melts it tuns into like a rubbery feeling substance while ice just melts into water.
both are between the water (waTer), an island is also between water(lake ,ocean)
what are the similarity between aim objective
the similarity between sports and games are that there really entertaining, enjoyable and fun. you learn better.
The only similarity which I identified between these programs is of "HUMAN INTERACTION"
the similarity is: they both absorb water!

Well they are both basically the same thing. The only difference is that ice is in a frozen state and water is in a liquid state. Hope I helped! <3
what are the similarities between a cactus and a water lettuce
Ice is the solid form of water (H2O) and water vapour. water is the liquid form of water vapour and ice.
There is a similarity between the theories.The twins had just one similarity.
The different between ice and water is that ice is solid and water is liquid. Under standard pressure, water exists in the solid form as ice when its temperature is below 0° Celsius (32° F). It exists in liquid form between 0° and 100° Celsius.
Glaciers are rivers of ice that flow downhill from mountains. Geysers are superheated water that erupts from the ground. There is no similarity, except they are both natural features of certain landscapes

molecules from ice is more dense than water
