Until you are lvl 24 you will get a room every 8 lvls. After that you will need to buy your own rooms by going to the end of the last room (room 4) and clicking get more rooms (it will be the one that the arrow turned into)
Why can't i play petville on iPad?
Petville uses the Adobe Flash authoring format. iPads's don't do Flash.

to get food on petville you click on the red food bowl and then choose what flavor you can also change the color of the bowl
