Why do panel vents do not blow out air when you hit the AC button or panel vent button it blows out the windshield defrost vents 1989 Topaz?
most vehicles use a vacuum diaphragm to move the mode door inside the dash from the floor to the vents to the windshield. Either the vacuum diaphragm is leaking or the vacuum hose has become disconnected. In my 85 topaz the door pannel vents are used to defrost the side windows.

To do a proper caculation you have to know what the amperage of the gate motor is. The amperage of the load is what governs the size of the wire. There are two ways to power a Gate opener DC OR AC. Smaller units and residential units are generally DC. Larger commercial are usually AC or use a combination of DC and AC technologies. I will assume it is a DC operator being powered off a battery, with the solar panel maintaining the battery. As for the solar panel the panel was probably a 5 watt not a 5 amp, as a 5 watt panel is generally the smallest panel you would want to use to supply power to a gate operator. This supplies a trickle of power at 12V which charges a 12V battery. These panels generally charge at or less than 500 milliamps.Generally #16 would be fine for such a length.

Yes go to autozone they can provide the correct bulbs.. They are a little tricky to take out you have to disassemble the dash..
Would replacing an old 15 amp breaker stop the air conditioner and fan from throwing the breaker?
What size is the AC? Look at the power consumption rating of the AC unit; if it pulls anything close to 15 amps, a new breaker will not solve your problem. There should be an information panel that shows the current draw of the AC. If the AC pulls more than the breaker can handle, you need to re-wire the outlet for the AC. You can't safely just replace the breaker with a larger one since that would result in a fire hazard.

adjust the climate control to the right temp that you want it, then all you need to do is adjust where you want it to blowl. on some impalas you may have to push the button with the snowflake on it to turn the AC off, then you need to change your flow to circulation, which is located on the other side of the AC button.

There is no button under the dash for the air conditioning. All the buttons are located on the panel. The relay is in the power distribution box.

Have you checked your liftgate fuse? In my 2006 Yukon, when the liftgate fuse went out the rear ac wouldn't work nor would the electric locks for the liftgate itself.
