Its Holly Conlan but i can't find the song anywhere online The original song was sung by Alive n Kicking. They now do shows in the NY area, I saw them a couple years ago when they played at my cousins wedding on Long Island.
It's Anthony Gibbardo - All I really Need Is You. He is local here in Rochester, NY. He only has a couple songs this is his biggest. I am not sure were you could get the album. He is on facebook message him.
