'cuando mis amigos y yo vamos de compras' is both a statement:
'when my friends and I go shopping'
and (less convincingly) a question:
'when are my friends and I going shopping?'
Since you ask for 'the Spanish answer', you seem to want it as a question, to which there may be many answers. You could say:
Nunca = Never
Man~ana = Tomorrow
Por la man~ana = in the morning
Por la tarde = in the afternoon
El lunes/martes/miercoles/jueves/viernes/sabado/domingo = Monday etc.
And so on. Too many possibilities to write them all here. Give a specific answer, and it can be translated!
Vamos de compras. Vayamos de compras.
vamos means Let's Go! in Spanish as said oftenly in Vamos Rafa!
nosotros vamos
That would be "vamos, vamos, vamos, nena."
Vamos Barza, vamos
You would say "Vamos al mercado". This could be translated as "We go to the market", "We are going to the market", or "Let´s go to the market". It all depends on context and the oinion of the translator.
Vamos ser só amigos? - lets just be friends or Vamos ficar só na amizade? - lets stay just friends
"Vamos" in Spanish means "Let's go"... So "Vamos, Rafael" means "Let's go, Rafael."
un concierto
Vamos a esperar
no vamos
Vamos a tener.
