∙ 15y agowe say the woman runs 400 per 80 seconds... which means she runs 5 meters/seconds (400/80= 5). therefore, she runs 300 meter/minutes (5*60=300), hunes she runs 1800 meter/houre, & to convert it to kilometer we devide by 1000 which gives us (18000/1000= 18 km/h) The answer is, the woman runs 18km/h

400m-3000m so 400,800,1000,1500,3000
Speed = distance/time = 140m/5s = 28m/s

16.39 metres/second
Average speed = 200 meters per 25 seconds It can also be written as 8 meters per second
8m/s
30 kph or 18.64 mph.
21 m/s
To get the speed in such cases, divide the distance by the time. In this case, the answer will be in meters per second.
