All Spiders symbolise creativity, dark powers, dreams, fate, pattern of life, rain bringer, story teller. Black widow spiders have the added connection with the predatory female , and a dangerous aspect of feminine sexuality.
Appologies, I misread the question first time round. Spiritual significance of Black WIDOW: (otherwise variously known in different regions as Latrodectus mactans, Latrodectus variolus, Latrodectus hesperus, etc) The creature itself is, in some cultures associated closely with water symbolism. As a spider it is unequalled in its patience and fluidity of movement. It also can be taken to symbolise fertility (as the feminine in its name would suggest), and the metaphorical "deadly venom" which characterises the female gender in almost all the worlds animal & plant species. I gather that in the medicine of various native cultures (across the world) the spiders actual venom was used as an halucinogen and in some cases, an antidote to certain viral infections. I have been unable to verify this properly though, so you might want to check before you believe me!
Look up James W Goll. He is a christian man who does studies on dreams and symbloisms based on biblical aspects.
Anything dark in nature is not of God. God is light. So it I believe is demonic.

Female black widows are the spiders you'd see in pictures of black widows. The males are much smaller, do not even look like black widows, and are not dangerous. The females can be deadly but you'd have to really disturb one to get bitten. They're not like bees.
