The squeal of fortune is a wheel that the player can spin every 24hrs as a reward for constantly getting on. The wheel can give xp lamps, rare items, armors and GP + more. Hope this Helped

As far as I know, the chances of getting a "lucky" item from the Squeal of Fortune is very, very, very low; under 1 in a million to get a super rare item, and around 1 in 100,000 to get a rare item.
