Your marksman skill level can theoretically be anywhere between 1 and 100. Higher than 100 is possible using enchanting items or spells. The Marksman levels are as follows: 1 - 24 NOVICE Shooting with a bow decreases your fatigue. 25 - 49 APPRENTICE Shooting with a bow no longer decreases your fatigue. 50 - 74 JOURNEYMAN Holding block while shooting allows you to zoom in on your target. 75 - 99 EXPERT Each successful hit has a chance of knocking down your opponent. 100 EXPERT Each successful hit has a chance of paralizing your opponent.
