It's probably a spoof of "la vie en ROSE", an expression that means the good life, the sweet life, etc. It literally means "life in pink", pink being a color of happiness. So "la vie en rouge" literally means "life in red" but beyond that I don't know what was intended by whatever source you drew this from.
It's "La Vie en Rose" by Louis Armstrong. It was featured in the movie Wall-E also! hope this helps! :) Actually, the song is NOT "la vie en rose" however I do not remember the name of the song. All i know is that part of the song goes something like "it was just imagination" (to the tune that first comes on in the commercial), which is why the commercial is referencing "imagination" AAActually...called "Fascination".
