I am assuming you mean can you dose or treat the water in an aquarium for Itch or white spot while a fish is spawning. I personally don't like or recommend using any kind of chemicals in a fish tank. If the fish does have Itch/white spot then I would use the raised temp method of destroying the infection.
You scratch an itch! An itch itches. You scratch an itch to remove the pain.
No you will need to treat the aquarium the fish is in rather than the fish. Ich is a microscopic protozoan that will now be in the environment the fish is in and it will eventually infect (attack) all the inhabitants of the aquarium if not treated.

If itch is meant to be Ick, in most cases itch is produced by Ick, then refer to your local fish store and they should be able to recommend a medication to kill the parasite. It is also recommended in most cases to raise your heater to help kill off the Ick parasite. Keep in mind any inverts, plants and types of fish you have present when getting the medication, as some medications have bad results on some of these things.
