Radhi and Niari caste in odisha already in central SC list from 1979 but due to some technical/synonimus problem few places the local Tahasildar not giving caste certificate to these communities because of synonimus problems. In this connection the NCDS, in 2008 recommend to odisha goveronment to give SC certificate/staus to these communities becasue they are in same group and same caste of Odisha like Dhoba and Rajak caste. Because of synonimus problems they are facing lot of difficulties to issue of caste certificate. Since 25 years these caste are availing the sc status according to odisha highcourt order. Now the Odisha goveronment understanding the synonimus problems of various caste in Odisha and going to slove thesse problem shortly. In our state the PANA caste is availing SC status from India Indipendent, But the caste like JENA PANA/JAINTIRA PANA in same group of pana caste till not included in the SC list, But they are availing sc status from india indipendent. But they have no problem to issue of caste certificate in our state. Now the Odisha goveronment going to include these caste in central SC list(November-2012:Central SC Commissioner). Same thing happend also Dhoba and Rajak caste in our state. Till Rajak caste not included in SC list, but they are availing SC status and issuing caste certificate from indipended. Now Odisha govt. going to include in SC list. Same thing happend in the case of Radhi/Rarhi/Niari/Niary/Nauri/Nauria/Ghatia/Liary and Keuta/Kaibarta caste in our state. Keuta and Kaibarta is the boader name of these communities. (Follow Ganga dynesty, NCDS report, Chilika Survey report, Basundhara report on caste, and parliament discussion, etc)
