"Wilt" is the form of the word "will" which goes with the pronoun "thou". Indeed with only a dozen exceptions, this word is always found immediately after or (in the case of questions) immediately before the word "thou". If you have already figured out that "thou" corresponds to "you" used for a single person, then you can also see that "thou wilt" is exactly the same as "you will".

Plants wilt when water and nutrients from the roots can't reach the leaves to supply the raw materials for photosynthesis. The leaves lose form and the smaller stems droop toward the ground.

Insufficient rainfall or irrigation is the most obvious cause of wilting in plants, but plants can also wilt when there is a blockage in the vascular tissue between the roots and the leaves. Fungal diseases like Fusarium and Verticillium wiltspread through the vascular tissues of the plant, clogging them and impeding the flow of water to the leaves.
