A Hindu's goal is to achieve Brahman. They have a scale on which they must reach. There are 5 levels. The lowest being the Untouchables and the highest being Brahmans (Priests). Below Brahman are the Kings and Rulers. To Achieve the next level one must have good karma in his life by helping the needy and not spreading bad karma. After one dies they will either go up the scale or go down. If a Brahman achieves Brahman then he will become one with Brahman and will become one with everything and reaching eternal peace.
