Well I'm not sure I understand what a "poofy" dress is, but I have a white, knee length dress that is kind of FULL. It's fun actualy! It's kind of fitted at the top and has a little belt, then it just gets fuller all the way down... I like the dress, its one of my favorite dresses Ive ever owned.
