For most caves, the mean internal temperature is the mean annual temperature of the air outside.

I am not sure what you mean by "crystal cave" - a phrase common to a lot of questions in this section but one I've never seen in speleological literature except perhaps as specific caves' names - but formations do not control the air temperature.
