That would be the degree of luster.
Albedo is the fraction of solar energy (shortwave radiation) reflected from the Earth back into space. The albedo of an object is a measure of how strongly it reflects light from light sources such as the sun. It is therefore a more specific form of the term reflectivity.

Value
By calling it a "white surface", you've already described what happens. A large fraction of the light, regardless of its wavelength, reflects from the surface, and very little of it, regardless of its wavelength, is absorbed. If any of this were appreciably different, then the surface would not be white.
Reflected light!
lustre
The term "luster" refers to the way a mineral's surface reflects light.

This is called the luster of the mineral. The luster of a mineral is the way its surface reflects light. Most terms used to describe luster are self-explanatory: metallic, earthy, waxy, greasy, vitreous (glassy), adamantine (or brilliant, as in a faceted diamond).

One term often used in Astronomy is the albedo. It refers to the percentage or fraction of incoming light that is reflected.
