Both atria open and close simultaneously.
The proton savvy uses a renault 1.2 16V engine code D4F and many specs can be found on line from renault forums. 11 TOP AND FRONT OF ENGINE Cylinder head gasket 11-7 Setting the valve clearances Valve clearance setting values (in mm): - inlet 0.05to 0.12 - exhaust 0.15to 0.22 Open exhaust valve method Bring the exhaust valve of cylinderno. 1 to the fully open position, then adjust the inlet valve clearance for cylinder no. 3and the exhaust valve clearance for cylinder no. 4. Follow the same method for the other cylinders, in the order shown by the table below.
I dont know why it might smell like propane in your case but my car runs on propane so the exhaust has a propane sorta smell to it. In your case id check your exhaust. You might need a new catalytic converter or something may be leaking under your hood.
Windsock
The two types of thrust reverser are the target-style thrust reverser and the clamshell-style thrust reverser. The target-style thrust reverser redirects the jet exhaust forward using a metal plate or "bucket." The clamshell-style thrust reverser consists of two doors that open outwards to redirect the jet exhaust.
The camshaft(s) lobes push up on the rockers on top of the cylinders, which pushes down on the vavles, causing them to open
Valve overlap.
-intake: exhaust closed, intake open -compression: exhaust closed, intake closed -combustion: exhaust closed, intake closed -exhaust: exhaust open, intake closed
Valves are used to open/ to let in red blood cells and to clos when they are done this is also the sound of your heart beat is the vavles opening and closing

Valve overlap occurs in a four-stroke engine at the end of the Exhaust stroke and at the beginning of the Induction stroke; and is when both the exhaust and inlet valves are open at the same time. At the end of the Exhaust stroke, the Exhaust valve is closing and the Inlet valve is starting to open in preparation for the induction of fuel and air into the cylinder. It is common knowledge that in vehicles that cannot alter the valve timing, the Inlet valve opens approx 6 degrees before top-dead-centre and the Exhaust valve closes at 9 degrees after top-dead-centre
the open end of the exhaust pipe is cut at an angle.
Valve timing overlap is the time when both exhaust and intake valves are open most engines with catalytic converters require valve overlap in order to send a small amount of raw fuel/ air mix to the converter's. An "open cam" has valve overlap a "closed" cam does not
The combustion chamber has an exhaust valve and an intake valve. The power stroke is ignited just before TDC, in timing with the spark plug to ignite the fuel/air mixture. Hence, this forces the piston down with both valves closed. NOTE:Intake stroke (valve open to receive the f/a mixture), Compression stroke, both valves closed, Power stoke (see above), Exhaust stroke (piston upwards, with only exhaust valve open.
Open headers are essentially an open exhaust system with no mufflers or catalog converters
I nee to know when when to adjut each valve when intake is open and when exhaust ect. I need to know when when to adjut each valve when intake is open and when exhaust ect. I need to know when when to adjut each valve when intake is open and when exhaust ect.
Yes - at the compression stroke both valves are closed (ready to fire) at the exhaust stroke the exhaust valve is open
