Question is irrelevant, and nothing is based on the thickness of a card. Most are all the same. There is nothing based on type by thickness, they are all based on what port they use. Which is based on pin placement.
If you know the pass word, the easiest way is to insert the memory card into your PC, open the security settings (if available), and remove the pass word protection. If you forgot the pass word, it depends on the device that locked it (phone, camera, etc.). Some cards can be unlocked by formatting, but that will erase all data. If the files are important, try recovery tools before formatting.
