Answer #1:

Both Florida and New Jersey are located in the Eastern Time Zone which means

there is no time difference. However, the further south you go, Florida changes

to the Central Time Zone and it becomes an hour time difference with New Jersey

ahead.

============================

Answer #1-B:

No place in Florida ever changes to Central Time.

The time anywhere in Florida is ALWAYS the same as it is anywhere in New Jersey.

There is never any difference.

87% of Florida always has the same time as New Jersey. The other 13%, in the western panhandle, is almost always one hour behind New Jersey.

Nov-Mar : 06:00 CST (in western FL) = 07:00 EST (in eastern FL & NJ)
Mar-Nov : 07:00 CDT (in western FL) = 08:00 EDT (in eastern FL & NJ)
