Anytime you may start to do body building. But some of my books I've read you will start and be more conscious at the age of 18-20 year old whereas that gaps your adult years. This is the time you were so conscious of your health. Nevertheless you like to be neat and clean a day. But for me as a sort of suggestion, you may start body building as long as you are read in all aspects of your life. It is more important to consider the preparedness of the individual before making steps or decision regarding health.
