I know this is a weird question, but the time that people should make a wish is 12:48. 1+1=2, so that gets the 12 part done. Then 2+2=4 and 4+4=8. So it's very lucky!! But I think if you make a wish there's more of chance that it's going to come true at 12:48 during the early morning!! You know, like 48 minutes after midnight!!
