On the average, 365.24 days ... exactly the same as the earth's orbital period.
If it were not exactly the same as the earth's orbital period, then the moon would
either lead or lag the earth in the trip around the sun. It would certainly become
noticeable ... if not immediately, then certainly over the course of a few hundred
years. But that's not happening.
The moon orbits the Earth, which orbits the sun.
No. The moon orbits the Earth which orbits the Sun.
Please ask only ONE question at a time, do not add more questions in the answer section. The answer to "Sun is to solar as moon is to what?" is "as moon is to lunar."
the moon does not orbit the sun (directly at least), it orbits earth. but technically the moon orbits the sun in 1 year, or 365 days, the same time as Earth.
The Moon does not orbit the Sun; it orbits the Earth. The Earth orbits the Sun.
the moon doesent orbit the sun, the earth orbits the sun and the moon orbits the earth.
The moon orbits the Earth and the Earth orbits the Sun. So. . .the moon kind of orbits the Sun. Hope I helped! (The Moon doesn't obrit Mars!)
The moon does orbit the Sun. Locked in orbit around the Earth, as the Earth orbits the Sun, the moon orbits the Sun.
The sun does not orbit around the moon. The earth orbits the sun and the earths moon (every planet has 1 or more moons) orbits earth.
The Earth orbits around the Sun, while the moon orbits around the Earth.
The Sun as it's the only body in the Solar System that is undergoing nuclear fusion.
Earth. It orbits the sun and the moon orbits it
