The Turismo first appears in GTA San Andreas, where it seems to be based on the Ferrari F40, with a rear design and modified spoiler. It is not only one of the fastest cars in the game, but also one of the easiest to handle. The Turismo sounds as if it has the same engine as the Ferrari F40.
To try and find one, look mainly around Las Venturas, especially The Strip area.
