This is considered false advertising and they need to be held accountable. I cannot be the only one whom they've done this to. I guess I will have to write a letter and send it through the mail since that seems to be the only way to contact them. I'll send it certified mail too. It's hard to believe that a company like Hollister would treat their customers this way. I agree that they go out of their way to keep you from contacting them in a way that you will get satisfaction; they do not want to talk to their customers.
