A person can purchase a satellite internet and television bundle from several different places. Some of these places include Dish, Exede, and HughesNet.
Wildblue uses Exede wireless satellite service. This service is supposed to provide remarkably fast internet speeds, and be more reliable than other typical service providers.
Yes Dish Network offers Exede internet.
Pine Tree, Utah is the location of Pine Tree Internet Service Provider. Pine Tree, with a 2010 U.S. Census-estimated population of 503, is a suburb of Salt Lake City. The provider serves as an authorized retailer of the Colorado-headquartered Exede Satellite Internet, service mark of the California-headquartered ViaSat, Inc.
The six major companies that offer satellite internet service are HughesNet, WildBlue, MyBlueDish, Got SKY, Dish Network and StarBand. One more new company called Exede Internet claims to offer premium service because they are powered by ViaSat-1, which they claim is the most powerful communications satellite ever launched.
Most satellite companies offer internet service in rural areas. HughesNet is one and another is Frontier communications. AT&T also offers internet service in rural areas. Exede internet is available almost anywhere.

I hope someone comes along who understands this better than I, but I think you can only get internet bundled with Direct TV from one of these providers -- CenturyLink, Exede, Cincinnati Bell, HughesNet, Windstream, and Mediacom. None of them service my area. And internet does not come with the basic TV, it's added at additional cost. If your landline is over the internet (VOIP), and if one of the above is available for internet then it should work.
AT&T is offering broadband plans for as low as $14.95 a month for a basic package or $19.95 for a premium package. This however is just the introductory price and will raise after the trial period.
The best satalite TV service is Direct TV. They offer amazing deals that are very reasonable. They also have the most channels and the most HD channels. Direct TV is known for their outstanding customer service.
I'm going to say it plain and flat, no. Yes it is faster but you pay for the equipment a month as well... which is an extra $10 bucks the ISP sucks hell, yes it is fast but remember this, it's 7.5GB of broadband a MONTH! Hughesnet refills your broadband a DAY! Also when I tried canceling hughesnet they transferred me to a sales rep who offered me to pay 60$ a month for 8 months and I ended up getting 1GB of broadband a day now. Which now that plan was done it went back up to 90$ a month and I still have the 1GB a day of broadband. I use ad the most 400 - 500 MB of broadband a day. There is no way in hell I'd be able to keep up with the 7.5GB a month. So no exede is no better then hughesnet as a matter of fact it's worse when it's like 20$ less then what you pay for hughesnet. I might have just saved you life just now >_>
