basically all selection tools except quick selection tool work with color range, best tool for color range selections is Select -> Color Range.
It is tool which replaces pixels from sampled area to the area which you are painting with this tool. Along with pixel replacement this tool heals or blends pixels. Blending mode determines how pixels from sampled area blend with underlying pixels in the image (area where you paint with healing tool).

Quick Selection Tool creates selections by automaticaly detecting edges based on color and texture similarity of surounding pixels with clicked point. You can click or click and drag to create selection with Quick Selection Tool.

There isnt such tool. You can use Clone tools and Healing tools to replace pixels but not to make people nude. I believe same person asked similar question 20 or more times.
Cloning is replicating pixels from chosen source to area where are you painting with Clone Stamp Tool. There are and other tools to clone pixels from one image area to another: Healing Brush Tool and Patch Tool.
In Photoshop, the pucker tool is part of the Liquify tool. The pucker tool is used to move pixels towards the center of the brush area.

Its a tool similar to Levels in the edit>adjustments menu, it is used to change the tonal values of channels within an image aswell as highlights and lowlights within one process.
Erases part s of image based on color range. When you click on part of image this tool will erase all portions of image with similar color levels. This tool is most useful for removing parts of pictures with solid color. See related link.
