There are many motorcycles which all have varying top speeds. Top Speeds have been increasing in recent years with recent technological advancements.

The very fastest are raced in the "Moto GP" (Motorcycle Grand Prix). Casey Stoner was seen riding the Ducati GP8 at the record speed of 347 km/h (216 mph) at the windy, hilly race track at the 2008 Chinese motorcycle Grand Prix .
