The top speed of an SR-71a "Blackbird" is 1,740 knots (2,000 miles per hour or 3,220 kilometers per hour). It had a maximum range of 2,900 miles (4,669 kilometers) without refueling and a flight ceiling (maximum altitude) of 85,000 feet (25,907 meters).
The Lockheed SR-71 "Blackbird" aircraft has a top speed of 2,200 mph.
2193 mph
Mach 3.3.
Lockheed SR-71 top speed= 3529km/h or mach 4
The top speed is approximately Mach 3.5. To be exact its top speed Mach3.2. is cruising speed is less than that. It is basicly three times the speed of sound.
above mach 3, its top speed is still classified
Top Speed of 2,664.22 mph
The top speed of an airplane can vary by the model of the plane. The highest speed ever reached was 2,193 miles per hour by an SR-71 Blackbird in 1976.
Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird. It flew a top speed of 1,807 mph.
The Lockheed-Martin SR-71 Blackbird's top speed was Mach 3.5, or 3.5 times the speed of sound. that is 2664 miles per hour and 4287 kilometres per hour
I suspect you refer to the Blackbird, as in the drag racing car owned by Jack Beckman and not the military airplane also named the Blackbird. The top speed of the Veyron is at an incredible 434.20 Km/h (269.80 mph) and is therefor the worlds fastest street legal production car, but the Blackbird is not a production car and has a top speed of 536.97 Km/h (333.66 mph) and is therefor faster than the Veyron. And if you were in fact wondering about the plane the top speed is not exact, but it's declassified that it can reach 3.4+ Mach (3610.80 Km/h or 2244 mph).
