You need a Pokemon such as Bellsprout and get the TM Flash. ( Which can be bought for P1000 at Goldenrod City's department store. 5th Floor. Seen as TM70 )
Once learned, go to any Dark Cave, go to your Pokemon and choose the one that has learned Flash. It should say Flash there in the menu.
( Some Pokemon OTHER than Bellsprout can learn Flash also. I just know which generic Pokemon can )
Then you can navigate through any Dark Cave without worry!
