Epithelial tissue is one of the four types of tissue in the body (nervous, muscular, and connective being the other three) that lines the body cavities. It is also found in the skin, which is the organ that covers most of the body's surface.

Epithelial tissue lines all of the body's organs.
Covering epithelium is tissue which covers and lines all of the bodies surfaces and cavities inside and out for example the skin.
Epithelialepithelial tissue
Epithelium tissue is the tissue that lines the body's internal (for instance the digestive system) and external (the skin) surfaces. Epithelium tissue is made up of cells that pack together tightly to form a barrier or wall. This makes them well-suited for forming a protective lining. It is one of the four primary tissue types in the human body. The other three are connective tissue, muscle tissue, and nerve tissue.
Epithelial Tissue are tissue that forms glands, covers surfaces and lines cavities.

Epithelium is the connective tissue in a frog that lines the organs. It covers the internal organs and forms a protective barrier.

Epithelialepithelial tissue
Epithelia are tissues consisting of closely apposed cells without intervening intercellular substances. Epithelia are avascular, but all epithelia "grow" on an underlying layer of vascular connective tissue. The connective tissue and the epithelium are separated by a basement membrane. Epithelium covers all free surfaces of the body. Epithelium also lines the large internal body cavities, where it is termed mesothelium.
