"Hey, Soul Sister" by Train!
The four basic ukulele chords for Train's Hey Soul Sister are E, B, C#m and A when played in the original key. Interestingly enough, the song was not going to be put on the album as it came across as rather flat. The producer had the idea of playing it on a tenor ukulele, and that is what gives it the bright sound that made it popular.
It looks like a Tenor size Fender with a Mango Spelt sound board. According to the Fender web site Jimmy Stafford plays a Fender Nohea Ukulele - All Koa and a Hau'oli - All laminate.
The chords are E B C#m and A. I'm not sure what the strumming pattern is, but try DDUUD. There are alternative chords as well. Try Chordie.com for some other choices and tunings.
