when an object acts on another object it is an unbalanced force. for example if u are pushing on a box with 30N and another person is pushing it on the other side 20N, then these are unbalanced. this equals 10N. 30N+ -20N= 10N

There's no such thing as "a balanced force".

A group of forces is balanced if their vector sum is zero. That means that when they

all act on an object at the same time, the object feels like there's no force on it at all.

There are an infinite number of ways to have a balanced set of three forces.

Here's one way:

-- They all pull at the same point, in three different directions spaced 120 degrees apart.
