The value of a .357 SIG firearm is related to the firearm itself. In most cases, the cartridge does not increase or decrease the value of a production gun. Take Glock for instance. They make the Glock 19 (9mm), Glock 23 (40S&W) and Glock 32 (.357SIG). No matter which model you buy, the price is the same. SIG Sauer also made a handgun that was chambered in several calibers. The same holds true for them.
As for the ammunition. .357 SIG cartridge is relatively more expensive than .40S&W.
If you are asking for a specific value of an actual Sig Sauer that is chambered in .357 SIG, you'll need to take it in to a gun shop. There are many variables when determining the value of a gun. Wear & Tear and popularity is a big part of it.

The answer is yes....and no. By performing a barrel swap to the 357 sig barrel the gun is capable of shooting the 357 sig round. However, the 357 sig has a much higher barrel pressure (5000-10000 more psi). While the gun can shoot the 357 sig round simply by changing the barrel, this will cause more wear than is normal and can possible damage the slide. The safe bet is to buy a slide and barrel meant for the 357 sig round.
