I work at an Ohio bank and received one of these coins yesterday. It is a Susan B Anthony, not some other woman and it is gold colored. It's not, however, real gold and the value is still $1. Still kind of cool to own though.
If it's a proof coin a dealer might buy it for a couple of bucks, but other than that, it's only worth face value. Just spend it.

The 1979 Anthony proof has 2 types. Type 1 has a value of $3 to $21 depending upon the condition of the coin and the brilliance of the strike. Type 2 has a value of $42 to $70 depending upon the condition of the coin. All of these price estimates are for uncirculated proof coins. Those which have been circulated are valued considerably less.
The 1981-S Proof SBA type I dollar has an average retail value of $5.00.
1.00
No such coin exists. Susan B Anthony coins were only struck from 1979-1999, in 2000 the only circulation type dollar was the Sacajawea coin and unless it is a proof coin, the Sacajawea dollar is only worth face value.
No such thing.

Regardless of mint mark only proof and mint state coins have more than face value.
Susan B. Anthony is not on any U.S. $2 bill $1 coins with her picture were minted for circulation in 1979, 1980, and 1999
