If your 1971 coin is a uncirculated example it may be worth about $5.00 because the 1971 dollar coins were not included in the Uncirculated Mint sets sold from the Mint in that year. If not, none of the Eisenhower dollars regardless of date or mintmark struck for general circulation have any silver and most are not worth more than face value. Only proof and uncirculated collectors coins sold from the Mint have premium.
It depends on what condition they are in and what constitutes a "set"
If you simply have all the circulation types (Philly and Denver Mints, one for each year) in circulated condition, its likely to just be worth face value.
If you've got the proofs in there, some might be 40% silver proofs worth about $7 or so and gem proofs are worth a premium over face.
If you've got nice, perfectly uncirculated ones they might be worth a premium over face value also.
Some of the varieties can go for premiums too.
That's a large dollar coin minted in the 1970s, made of copper and nickel, and still worth one dollar.
Average retail price is $12.00. The coin is 40% silver.
It's still worth one dollar.
