I think you must be the same person who just asked about the gun, providing only the serial number. Since there was no other information, the question was answered assuming it was a shotgun. However - if it is a .22, you need to let us know whether it is a single shot lever action, a lever action repeater, a clip-fed rifle, or a pistol - all of which were sold by Ithaca in .22 cal.
You need to provide a lot more information. For instance - is the gun a double barrel, semiautomatic, or a pump? If you are interested in learning its value, you also need to provide its GA (12, 20, 16, .410) and condition. If it's a double, it is probably a 1916 Flues or NIG model.

made by Ithaca in 1945
I have a 20ga Ithaca double barrel hammerliss shotgun has dogs on the action, serial number 249015 is about 85% condition, what is the age and value?
The serial number you posted does not match any data from Ithaca records. The link below is to the accepted table of manufacturing dates for Ithaca shotguns. Values can range from $200-$450, depending on the exact version and the condition.
There are too many numbers in your serial number. Ithaca didn't make 1.8 million shotguns - the doubles ran to less than half a million. If the serial is really 184982, your Flues model was made between 1908 and 1926. The value will depend on which of the 11 grades you have and what its condition really is. That is not the serial number it's the patent number. I recently purchased an Ithaca 12 ga with the same patent number; however, I am unable to locate any serial number.
To determine the age and value of an Ithaca Mag-10 with serial number 100036741, you would typically need to consult a detailed database or reference specific to Ithaca firearms, as the serial numbers can indicate the year of manufacture. The Ithaca Mag-10 was produced from 1976 to 1989, so this particular serial number suggests it was made during that time frame. As for value, it can vary based on condition, rarity, and market demand, but generally, Ithaca Mag-10 shotguns can range from several hundred to over a thousand dollars. For an accurate assessment, consulting a firearms appraisal expert or guide specific to Ithaca shotguns is recommended.
probably made by colt in 1943. If your slide reads Ithaca, then it is on a Colt frame. That is not unusual....................
The value is 150 to 200 dollars and the age is 85 to 105 years.

Depends on the model and condition. An Ithaca Mdl 37 Featherlight in 16 g in excellent condition is $500-$600 at retail.
Double check that serial number, and also give us any other markings on the gun. sales@countrygunsmith.net
