Lincoln cents have been minted since 1909 at three different mints so that's too broad a question to answer without writing a small book. The best thing to do on this site is to determine your coins' dates and look for questions like "What is the value of a <date> US cent?"
As a rule of thumb, most Lincoln cents minted since about 1940 don't have much extra value while those from the 1930s and earlier are worth more. However there are many, many exceptions which is why specific dates and mintmarks are needed.
