Depending on the exact model number (found on the left side of the barrel and starts with 273), the gun was made by Winchester for Sears and is a version of the post-64 Model 70. Value is still as a shooter not necessarily as a collector piece, so it would top out in mint condition at the $350 mark. sales@countrygunsmith.net
