The likelihood that your bill is real is quite small. A number of companies have been printing replica notes since the 1920s and selling them as novelties and display items. There are many more replicas than genuine Confederate bills in the marketplace.

The images are photocopied from genuine bills and the paper is artificially aged so they are very difficult to tell from the real thing unless you look closely at the signatures - the ink is flat and on the surface of a replica, while it is a slightly different color and more deeply impressed on a genuine note.

You can always check with a currency dealer to have your bill authenticated, but be prepared to be told it is a copy.

What is the value of an 1829 Confederate 1000 dollar bill?

It's either not dated 1829 or it's not Confederate, or possibly both. Remember that the Civil War took place from 1861 to 1865 so there couldn't be a Confederate bill from 30+ years earlier. In any case the vast majority of Confederate "bills" are modern replicas. There's more information at the Related Question.
